These Terms of Service (“Terms and Conditions,” “Agreement,” “Terms,”) cover use and access to Camplink collection of networking equipment, applications, products, accessories, services, and websites (“Products and Services” or “Equipment”). This is a contract between you (“User,” “Member,” “You,”) and Camplink, LLC, having its registered office at 1700 SE 15th Street, Unit 304, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33316 USA ("Camplink"). By using the Products and Services, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Camplink’s Privacy Policy, and any links or references to other policies on our website incorporated herein. By using Camplink’s Products and Services for an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
PRIOR TO USING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET HEREIN AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. CAMPLINK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.
THIS AGREEMENT MAY ONLY BE SUPERCEDED BY A SEPARATE SIGNED, WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH CAMPLINK THAT EXPLICITLY REFERENCES AND SUPERCEDES THIS AGREEMENT (the “SUPERCEDING AGREEMENT”).
Camplink’s goal is to provide high quality internet access to its community of members across the United States of America. In order to provide the Products and Services Camplink practices industry standard fair use practices. Network availability is a limited resources, as such members who consume a disproportionately large amount of data may experience reduced network speeds in order to protect fair use to Camplink’s entire membership population.
Members can reduce their data usage by disabling device features that consume data in the background such as cloud syncing, automatic backups, automatic app updates, etc. Camplink also discourages the extended use of high-definition streaming or gaming in favor for the standard definition versions. Although rare, members who consume more than 10Gb per day or 300GB or in any given monthly pay period may experience a reduction in speeds as low as 1Mbps.
To access the Products and Services, an Annual Camplink Membership must be activated. The Annual Membership Fee is $129. Daily Plans are priced at $6 per day and Monthly Plans are priced at $120 per month. Daily and Monthly Plans can be combined to provide the Member internet access for the amount of time requested by the Member.
CAMPLINK MAKES A BEST EFFORT TO LIMIT THROTTLING AND PROACTIVELY REACH OUT TO ITS MEMBERS TO HELP ENSURE THAT DATA AND NETWORK ACCESS IS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED.
Although Products and Services can be purchased online without age verification, Camplink only allows purchases from adults who are at least 18 years of age. If You are under 18, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your respective jurisdiction.
In order to receive access to the Products and Services, Members must pay the annual membership fee of $129 per year. Once paid, the membership will remain active until the same day the following year. Annual Memberships automatically renew unless Member requests a renewal cancellation no less than 21 days prior to renewal.

By Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Member agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Camplink, its officers, directors, independent contractors, affiliates, representatives, other customers, and employees against all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, in any way connected with a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any 3rd party that you engaged with via the Products and Services, or which arise from unauthorized or illegal use or distribution of the Products and Services.
Member acknowledges and agrees that the Products and Services provide only broadband Internet access and is neither required to provide, nor provides, 911 calling services. Camplink shall not be responsible or liable for any voice application or service, including without limitation such application’s or service’s provision of 911 calling, unless such application or service is provided by Camplink and Camplink agrees to such responsibility and liability in writing.
Camplink, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, or incidental damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business reputation, arising from this Agreement, regardless of the legal theory.
These limitations apply even if Camplink is advised of potential damages and remain in effect if any remedy fails its essential purpose.
Camplink's total liability to you, regardless of the cause, shall not exceed the total fees paid under these Terms and Conditions.
Camplink reserves the right to alter, discontinue, terminate, and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Changes to this Agreement does not relieve Member of any obligations to pay. Member may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations hereunder to any other party. Camplink may assign or transfer this Agreement without any obligation to provide notice to Member.
In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable or is in conflict with laws of any jurisdiction, any other provisions hereunder will remain unaffected.
Members acknowledge and agree to receive promotional messages from Camplink. These promotional messages may include offers, promotions, or advertisements from Camplink as well as from third parties, including but not limited to Camplink. Members may opt out of receiving promotional messaging at any time by utilizing the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of the emails they receive. Please note that opting out of promotional messaging does not affect other communications related to your membership or transactions with Camplink.
Any failure of Camplink to perform any obligation under this Agreement due to an “Act of God”, government action, terrorism, riot, labor strikes, industrial disputes, war, deficiency of any materials, or any other cause beyond Camplink’s control will not be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement.
Camplink is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our Members’ personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how information is collected, used, and safeguarded.
How Information Is Used:
Providing Services: We use your personal information to provide you with the internet services you have requested and to manage your account.
Improving Services: We may use your information to analyze trends, monitor the performance of our services, and make improvements to enhance your experience.
Communications: We may use your contact information to communicate with you about important updates, service announcements, and promotional offers.
How Information Is Shared:
Camplink takes appropriate measures to protect the security and integrity of its Members’ information. This includes using encryption, access controls, and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of data.
Members have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Members may also choose to opt out of receiving promotional communications from Camplink at any time.
Camplink may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Members will be notified of material changes by posting the updated policy on Camplink’s website or contacting Members directly.
By using Camplink’s internet services, members agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
